Support and recovery

On this page you can find our PDF guides to help you plan recovery, and a list of supportive organisations.

Welcome

Recovering from symptoms often takes time. It is easy to spend alot of energy on attempts to feel better and loose hope when things don’t work out.

We have more success if we are intentional about our approach to recovery, have other people around who can support our efforts, and have a plan for what to do, even when set-backs occur.

This page includes some resources to help you with the next steps.
